Why do crews switch to Redbird?

Whitestown pulls more new-construction activity than any town its size in the state, and everyone working it knows the bottleneck: the box is full at 9 AM and the broker's call center can maybe swap it Thursday. We run local dispatch at (317) 527-4152. Call a swap in the morning and the loaded can is gone — an empty one in its place — while your crew is still framing, usually same day.

What do we run?

• 20-yard boxes for tear-offs, siding and interior demo, sized so a loaded box stays road-legal.
• 30-yard boxes for new builds, additions and gut remodels — the most cubic feet per haul dollar on a framing site.
• Heavy-debris cans for concrete, block and dirt, kept separate and priced per material.
• Standing builder accounts — swap schedules per phase across multiple lots instead of a phone call every time.

Where do you want it spotted?

Pad, curbside, behind the silt fence, door facing the framing entry — we spot it there, not wherever was easiest to drop. On finished driveways we board the rails. If the GC or an Anson-infill HOA needs placement documented, the drop confirmation carries it.

How does contractor pricing work?

One flat rate per haul — the haul, the window and included tonnage in writing, per box, so you can put it in the bid with a straight face. Overweight happens on heavy trades; when it does you see the scale ticket, not a mystery line item. Bill it to the job and move on.
